Halloween Layout Class

These are layouts I did at a class at the YMCA here. Heather Hicks, a local Close to My Heart Consultant, taught the class. I went out of my comfort zone using SPIDERS! But it turned out so very cute! I went to another class this past Friday night and did six pages, and will post those ASAP. We have been sick for two weeks around here, so we are finally getting back to normal - just in time for Turkey Day!

This summer when we decided to add a new member to our little family; my new found friend Jeff led me to the Lethal White Aussie yahoo Group. Where I met - Karen and Possum. Possum went to the rainbow bridge on Saturday; and I can only imagine the pain in Karen's heart right now. HIP HOP HANGOVER FRIDAY!

Hi everyone! I know - long time no post - but it has been a busy couple of weeks around here. We've had 2 birthday's in the house!

Now you ask - what is Hip Hop Hangover (a.k.a. HHH)- well all us UNITY STAMP CO. addicts hang out in a thread called "Hip Hop Thursday" every week, and chat the day away. Hip Hop is also the day of new releases and specials for Unity Stamp Co. each week. SO much fun, and if you haven't been - YOU MUST JOIN US NEXT WEEK!

So after PARTYING in the UNITY HIP HOP THREAD over at Split Coast Stampers - I had to post my favorite thing I have made lately using Unity Stamps! This is the birthday card I made for Keith. It is "kookie" just like we are - and he LOVED IT!

Directions for the Green Paper: Take Green Striped paper by Close to My Heart. Using Texture Sponge - add Old Paper and then Brushed Corduroy Distress Inks in layers onto the paper. Run paper through Cuttlebug using Tiny Mosaic Texture Embossing Folder.
